A traditional 200-year-old barn building with rustic charm, oak beams, and brick walls, combined with modern conveniences. It is set within 4 acres of secured landscaped gardens with a pond and outdoor seating area. Located in the picturesque village of Hulcott, within an area of outstanding natural beauty. Available for wedding receptions, private parties (25+ years old, no 16th, 18th, or 21st birthday parties), wakes/memorials, Christmas parties, christenings, anniversary parties, conferences, and social occasions. Minimum hire of 40 people.

How to book
For contact, text or WhatsApp is preferred for Eva at 07849 141446. Viewings are by appointment only. Private hire is available Monday - Saturday, wake hire Monday - Friday. Closed Sundays. A £300 non-refundable deposit is required, plus 25% of total marquee hire cost if applicable. The deposit is only refundable if the function is cancelled by the venue. A date can be rebooked minimum 3 months before the booked date.
