How to book

Availability hours: 7:00 am until 11:00 pm, seven days a week. How to book: Contact to inquire about availability and booking information, or use the online form. Bookings can be made 1 month prior and must be paid in full 14 days before the function or use. Block bookings require a £200 deposit. Alcohol policy: The Memorial Hall does not have a license to allow people to buy or sell alcohol. Hirers wishing to sell alcohol must obtain their own license for the specific event in advance and confirm this on their booking form. Requirements for clubs and societies: Provide a copy of their risk assessment and insurance at the point of booking. Payment methods: Cash, Cheque, Bank Transfer (TBC).
