How to book
To book, download and email the completed hire form to camden.centre@tunbridgewells.gov.uk. The minimum hire period is one hour. Full payment is required at least 10 days before the hire date, unless otherwise agreed; block bookings are invoiced monthly in advance. Cancellations must be paid for as per section 2.3 of the Conditions of Hire, and 4 weeks' notice is required to terminate block bookings. Hire times must include preparation and clearing, with additional charges for exceeding agreed times or for extra cleaning. Equipment stored at hirer's own risk; storage space is not guaranteed.
