The Function Room / Eye Lounge is available for hire on a minimum spend basis, with no direct hire fee. A small deposit is required. Minimum spend guidelines vary by day and time of year: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday (12:00-17:00 from £1000, 17:00-00:00 £400); Tuesday (12:00-17:00 from £1000, 17:00-01:00 £400); Friday (12:00-17:00 from £1000, 17:00-03:00 £750 - £2500); Saturday (12:00-17:00 from £1500, 17:00-03:00 £1500 - £2500). Afternoon hire is from £1000 - £1500, and full day hire is from £1000 - £2500, depending on the day.
