How to Book
Contact the centre for a personalised quote, availability, and more information. Office hours: Monday-Thursday 9am-5:00pm, Friday 9am-12:30pm, Saturday-Sunday Closed. Emails and voicemails are monitored outside of office hours. Minimum hire duration for any room is 1 hour. No under 18's parties are permitted. A £40.00 non-refundable deposit is required when booking a room. Remaining balance due two weeks before the event. Failure to pay on time without informing the centre may result in cancellation. 50% of the balance will be charged if cancelling within 2 weeks of booking. Any facility booking refunds permitted within T&Cs will be subject to a minimum £5 admin fee. Well-behaved/clean dogs are permitted in the Orton and Neale's Lounge & Bar only, must be on a lead and beside the owner at all times, not allowed on furniture. Guide dogs are permitted in all rooms.
