How to book
A £35 deposit is required to confirm booking. Balance payable within 14 days after the hire date. Hirer must confirm Public Liability Insurance Cover and provide a Child Protection Policy if applicable. Hirer must state if alcohol will be provided and if a license has been obtained. Electrical equipment requires approval in advance and must have a valid PAT certificate. Users are expected to leave premises clean and tidy and remove all rubbish on the day of the event. The Rector or Churchwardens reserve the right to cancel a booking, providing a full refund of hire charges. Complete a booking form (available from Buckingham Parish Church Office). Users are expected to be in sympathy with the aims of the church.
