How to book
A deposit of £300.00 + VAT is invoiced immediately. The final invoice is raised 30 days before the event for immediate payment, requiring confirmation of numbers at this point. All payments must be received before the event day, with the right to cancel if not received. Cancellation later than 10 days before the event, 100% of hire costs, including the full deposit, will be retained. All technical requirements to be given as early as possible, no later than 4 weeks before the event. Any additional equipment needed and/or hired in will be an additional cost. Any material used needs to be flame-proof with certificates shown 14 days before the event. Any external equipment must be PAT tested with certificates shown 14 days before the event.
