How to book
All spaces are available to hire from 10am until 10pm. For studio hires less than a month away, call 020 7258 2925 (10:30 am - 6 pm Monday - Friday & 12 pm - 6 pm Saturdays); payment is taken at the time of booking. For studio hires more than a month away, email studios@thecockpit.org.uk with contact details, activity, and approximate number of people. For auditorium show hire, email Dave Wybrow at dave@thecockpit.org.uk. For film shoot enquiries, email Deb at shoots@thecockpit.org.uk. Only hires to people over 18; a risk assessment is required if anyone under 18 will be in attendance. Cancellations with two weeks' notice receive a refund minus a 15% admin charge (minimum £10). Less than two weeks' notice is charged at the full rate. Bookings can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to availability and a 15% admin charge (minimum £10). All shows require a standard hire agreement contract. Spaces must be left as found; charges apply for cleaning and repairs if mess or damage occurs. Cannot leave less than two hours between daytime bookings (10 am - 6 pm) in the same studio when hired by the same person or company.
