How to Book

To hire the hall, complete the relevant Hire Agreement after reading and understanding the Standard Conditions of Hire and the 2021 Covid-19 Special Conditions of Hire. Contact the Hall Manager for bookings and information. Hire rates are effective from April 1, 2026. An additional 30 minutes is charged in all cases to create a break between hires and cover set up time. Annual Contracts are not available for weekends; rates advertised are for one-off bookings only. Sunday hire period ends strictly at 4pm. All guests, equipment, and personal items must vacate the hall by this time. An additional fee of £25.00 is payable for electricity use for bouncy castles/inflatables (maximum permitted height is 10 feet, supplier must hold relevant liability insurance). New Year's Eve is charged at the Saturday rate plus an extra fee of £100.00, requiring the hirer to obtain an extension to the Premises Licence Operation Hours from Sevenoaks Council. The hall is not available for hire on Christmas Day, Easter Sunday, and New Year's Day. A minimum security deposit of £150 is payable for all one-off bookings, due with the balancing payment.

No outdoor activities on the surrounding grass area are permitted on a Sunday.
