The Duck at Burtle offers two distinct areas for private hire: a versatile Function Room and a more intimate Tap Room. The Function Room is ideal for larger events such as weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, family gatherings, wakes, business meetings, christenings, Christmas parties, and private parties, accommodating 30 to 130 guests. It features a private bar, stage, dancefloor, and optional skittle alley. The Tap Room is perfect for smaller private parties and celebrations, with a capacity of up to 26 people. Both spaces offer various catering options including buffet menus, afternoon tea, cheeseboards, and hog roasts.

For more information or to book the room, contact functions@theduckatburtle.co.uk. Bookings are advised for the restaurant, with a pre-order required for tables of 10 or more. A non-refundable deposit of £10 per adult is applicable for parties over 8. For tables under 8, card details are taken and a £10 per person charge applies for no-shows or cancellations/amendments with less than 24 hours' notice.
