How to Book
To place a booking, scroll to the calendar on the 'Studio Room Booking' page, click on the '+' on the desired date, create an account, and follow the on-screen instructions. You will be asked to read and agree to the Terms and Conditions. Invoices are sent by email with BACS payment details and must be paid within 7 days of booking. Hirers must show their group's public liability insurance to a Duty Manager before the hire date. Depending on the booking purpose, a risk assessment, safeguarding lead, and first aider may be required.
