How to book
A refundable £250 deposit is required to cover damages and cleaning, separate from hire fees. The Exchange operates as a fully licensed venue; all alcoholic beverages must be supplied by the venue. House Rules: Arrive no more than 15 minutes before the start time. Wait at the front entrance or gates for a staff member. A staff member will remain on site during the booking to assist. Ask venue staff for bags and dispose of rubbish on site. Leave promptly after your event. Leave the space as found. Items allowed to bring: Additional tables and chairs, Alcohol (must be supplied by venue), Bouncy castles, Musical instruments, Toys, Soft play, Sound system.
