How to Book
Hire charge due 8 weeks before the event, or immediately if booked less than 8 weeks prior. Cancellation policy: less than 8 weeks notice incurs 20% charge (80% hire refunded, deposit non-refundable); less than 4 weeks notice incurs 50% charge (50% hire refunded); less than 2 weeks notice incurs 100% charge (no refund). Payment by bank transfer only. Deductions for additional hire time and staff time will be made from the Security Deposit if an event overruns.
