How to Book
Email the Booking Secretary with details of intended hire (date, facilities, contact phone number, address). Once a date is agreed, pay the full hiring fee or an advance booking deposit and sign the booking form to reserve the date. Detailed hiring conditions are on the back of the booking form. Additional charges: Brownies and overnight hirings: £125.00. TEN Application: Up to £30.00 (for extra cleaning costs if a Temporary Event Notice is required). Equipment hire away from hall: £50 or £200 depending on quantity (subject to other hirers' needs).
