The Mount Edgcumbe offers private dining and functions. For larger booking enquiries (tables of 8 to 20) or for Buffet/Wakes, email is preferred as event bookings are not taken over the phone. There is a minimum food spend requirement for private events and potential hire charges for certain spaces, especially at peak times. A deposit of £10.00 per head is required for sit-down meals for over 8 people to confirm the event. Pre-ordered menu choices are needed for parties of 8-20. All bookings upstairs must vacate the first floor by 10:00 PM. The upstairs restaurant is only accessible via stairs, and toilets are on the ground floor. Dogs are not allowed in the upstairs restaurant. Bespoke menus are available, with food being homemade and locally sourced. Minimum food spend required for private events.
