How to Book

To make a booking, individuals should check the availability on the online calendar, click 'New Booking', and complete the form. The manager will then review and approve the provisional booking. A 50% deposit is required for one-off events, with full payment due two weeks prior to the event. Hirers are responsible for booking sufficient time for setup and cleanup, and all rubbish must be removed from the premises. Any decorations must be agreed upon with the manager in advance. The centre also maintains COVID-aware guidelines, requesting hand sanitiser use and advising against entry if experiencing COVID-19 symptoms.
