How to Book
Contact via email or phone to arrange key collection up to one week before the event. A booking enquiry form is available on their website. Hirer must be over 18 years old. Late teenage or 21st parties are not accepted. Music and other amplification must be turned off by 11:30 PM, with minimal noise thereafter. The hall, kitchen, toilets, and car park must be left clean and tidy, and all rubbish must be removed. The hirer is responsible for providing and administering first aid equipment during the hire period. Hirers must be aware of the location of fire extinguishers and have emergency evacuation measures in place. Candles, incense, fire pits, and barbecues are normally forbidden but may be permitted after consultation with hall managers. Exclusions from hire: Space in front of School House, Two spaces at the top of the drive (reserved for the Church and School House tenants), Passage between School House and the hall, Outside area to the rear of the hall. The fire exit door in the hall rear lobby is for emergency use ONLY.
