The building encompasses a community hall, a commercial standard kitchen, and an additional conservatory space. The venue can accommodate up to 80 people. Bookings include the use of chairs and tables, access to the outdoor space, and cleaning. The Old School building is currently on the market for sale, and operations will move to Market Hall in Wolverton Town Centre after the sale. Wedding ceremonies are no longer being booked, but wedding celebrations can still be hosted until July 31, 2026.

A £50 deposit is required to secure the date, with the balance due prior to the event. Applications for late night parties and events involving alcohol consumption are limited to Future Wolverton members who have been members for over 6 months at the time of booking. A 10% discount is available for block bookings.
