How to Book

Enquiries can be made by phone, email, or via an online enquiry form. Enquiries for specific dates can be provisionally held for 14 days. A non-returnable 20% deposit is required to confirm a booking. The balance must be paid 2 weeks before the event. A further 25% deposit is required if the number of attendees exceeds 50. For large parties and weddings, a £500 damage deposit is required, which is returned after the event, less any costs for damage, additional cleaning, or extra rent. Bank transfer is the preferred method of payment; cash is not accepted. Hirers must agree to the 'Terms & Conditions of Hire'. Hirers are responsible for cleaning crockery, kitchen equipment, and leaving the accommodation in a clean and tidy state, or additional cleaning costs may apply. Hirers are responsible for the proper conduct of persons using the accommodation. Allows birthday parties up to 10 years of age, and 22 years and above. Does not take bookings for 18th or 21st birthday celebrations. Olney Town Council reserves the right to refuse any application for hire without stating reasons. The venue must not be used for copyright works without appropriate licenses, and hirers must ensure compliance with laws relating to gaming, betting, and lotteries. Booking rates are revised annually on April 1st. Additional equipment hire: dishwasher £10 per session, crockery £80 per session, projector £10 per session.
