How to book

Non-sheltered housing residents can book using the online form on the Curo website. Sheltered housing residents should book through their designated Sheltered Housing team or by calling the local Sheltered Housing team (Peasedown, MSN and Radstock: 01225366333; Bath: 01225 366331; Keynsham: 01225 366334). General enquiries for non-sheltered residents: 01225 366000. A minimum of two weeks' notice is required for bookings. A Curo team member will respond within 48 hours to confirm availability, followed by payment instructions. Booking is secured once payment is received, and access details will then be supplied. Cancellation policy: External groups with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 100% of the booking fee. Cancellations by hirer must be made via telephone, letter, or email and are effective from the date of receipt. Curo reserves the right to cancel due to circumstances outside their control and will refund the booking fee, but accepts no liability for losses incurred. Hirers are responsible for any damages or loss of furniture, equipment, or crockery, and for any rubbish/waste/litter left behind, and will pay Curo to remedy these. Hirers are responsible for providing tea, coffee, and other refreshments, and are expected to provide appropriate certificates (e.g., Food Hygiene, Health & Safety, Risk Assessment) for external caterers. Hirers agree to comply with all terms and conditions and ensure reasonable control measures to reduce virus transmission. Curo accepts no responsibility for property brought onto the premises or for any loss or damage incurred, and no responsibility or liability in relation to the use of the community room during the booking period.
