20% booking deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations within 28 days are subject to full minimum spend or hire charge. Cancellations 28 days in advance get 80% refund. Event date can be changed to an alternative date within 3 months of the original event date, at no cost (with minimum 28 days' notice at venue's discretion). Preorder requirement: £5 per head per food, 7 days in advance (for Function Room). Minimum spends are guidelines and can vary according to the day and time of the year.
