The Rubbing House is an Exclusive Use Dry Hire Venue & Accommodation, a family-owned estate overlooking the glorious South Downs, near Goodwood, with views as far as The Isle of Wight. Set in the heart of the South Downs National Park. It offers dry hire, meaning exclusive use of the house and grounds, allowing clients to tailor their event. The Rubbing House combines 1700s architecture with modern-day comfort. The main house sleeps 10 guests, and Yew Cottage increases the total accommodation capacity to 16.
