How to Book
All hall hire fees payable 8 weeks prior to event date. A deposit is payable at the time of booking to reserve the date. Booking accepted upon full completion of a signed Hall Booking Agreement. Proof of identity and address required. Deposits refunded within 5 working days of the event. The Club reserves the right to amend or vary conditions or impose additional conditions without notice. Hirer liable for additional expense if event overruns. Charges cover hall hire, bar staff, and insurance, inclusive of VAT at 20%. 18th or 21st birthday parties only accepted with significant adult family presence.
