How to Book
Minimum Deposit: 25% of total cost or £200 (whichever is higher), non-refundable. Set up, event, breakdown, and clear up must fall within the rental period. Latest Finish Time: 11:00 PM (dependent on booking agreement). Basic table plan with tables, chairs, and occasional tables provided by the venue. Catering: In-house caterer (Cloisters Kitchen & Garden) or approved alternative (Vanilla Catering for events with a minimum value of £1,000). No private catering allowed. Linens, Glassware, Cutlery: Provided by the chosen caterer. Alcohol Policy: Must be arranged through catering partners (Cloisters or Vanilla), who can provide a quote for corkage. Unsupervised alcohol consumption is not permitted. Wedding Ceremony Reception: Cannot host both ceremony and reception. Item Drop Off: Unlikely the day before unless additional time is booked; limited storage available.
