A refundable security deposit is required for all bookings, calculated on the length of the hire period. Clients require £10 million public liability insurance. Somerset House is a Grade 1 listed building with various rules, regulations, and restrictions. North Wing Maintenance Works: Hoarding and scaffolding may be on the external façade of the North Wing; inquire for details.
