About
The Wilderness Centre is set in 29-30 acres on the edge of the Forest of Dean, with spectacular views over the River Severn to the Cotswolds and Malvern Hills. It offers dormitory-style bunk bed accommodation for up to 54 people in 10 bedrooms in the main house, and a Bell Tent Village (April-September) for up to 40 guests in 10 tents, plus camping for own tents/camper vans. The centre is suitable for a wide range of events including corporate events, business meetings, conferences, team building, weddings, celebrations, family gatherings, youth and school trips, outdoor education residentials, community groups, workshops, courses, retreats, and live action role play groups. On-site activities include bushcraft, archery, climbing wall, abseiling, high/low ropes, and more. Off-site activities like canoeing and caving are also available.
