How to reach the hall
How to book
Booking is by room and session. Hourly bookings for King Alfred and Buttercross Rooms are available with a minimum of 2 hours, subject to availability. Sessions are: Morning (08:30 – 12:30), Afternoon (13:30 – 17:30), and Evening (18:30 – 22:30). To book, fill in a simple booking form or use the contact form to check availability. Viewings can be arranged by emailing bookings@the-winchester-rooms.com or texting 07747 199402. An invoice and notes will be sent upon booking confirmation. Discounted rates may be offered to charities or similar organisations at their discretion. Prices are considered excellent value compared to hotel or similar conference rooms.
