How to Book
Discretionary 12.5% service charge added to the final food and drinks bill for group and event bookings. Final guest numbers must be confirmed at least 7 days before the booking date. Pre-orders for guests are required 14 days before the event. Wine for meals must be pre-ordered 2 weeks in advance. Canapé and buffet options are for parties of 20 or more and not available for Ski Lodge bookings. Booking is confirmed once the hire fee is received. For The Conservatory, minimum spend is paid 1 month prior to the booking date. For other rooms with minimum spend, a card guarantee is taken on arrival, and the balance is settled on the day if the minimum spend is not reached. Tables cannot be added or removed from The Shepherd's Hut, The Blue Room, or The Conservatory due to space and availability.
