Session time guaranteed upon receipt of enquiry form, confirmation of slot availability, and 100% hire fee payment. A returnable £100 security deposit is required not later than 24 hours before the session. Cancellation Policy: 14+ days in advance: Full refund or 100% payment towards rescheduled booking. 7-14 days in advance: 50% cancellation fee. Less than 7 days in advance: 100% cancellation fee. Studio cancellation: Full refund or rescheduled session offered. Rescheduling Policy: 14+ days in advance: 100% payment towards rescheduled booking. Less than 14 days: 50% payment towards rescheduled booking. Overtime Policy: Clients must include set up / take down time in their session hours to avoid overtime charges.
