Online enquiry form available on their website. Guests can cancel up to 15 days before the event for a full refund. 50% refund for cancellations between 14-8 days before the event. No refund for cancellations within 7 days. Normal opening hours are 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, but tailored quotes for bookings outside these hours are available.
