It is licensed for weddings, civil partnerships, naming ceremonies, civil ceremonies, and renewal of vows. The venue features lift access to all rooms, wheelchair accessible toilets, baby changing facilities, and free WiFi. It has a fully equipped kitchen with 100 place settings and wine/champagne glasses. The premises are licensed, allowing hirers to make their own catering arrangements. Restrictions include no dancing due to Victorian floor construction, no children's birthday parties, no fireworks, no candles, no on-site accommodation, and a strict no smoking policy.
