It is owned by West Somerset Council and run by a voluntary management team. The house provides charming, intimate surroundings and beautiful gardens. Rates are effective from January 1st, 2023, due to increasing running costs. Townsend House also offers a community/co-working space with individual desks, decent Wi-Fi, kitchen facilities, and garden access at competitive rates.
