Doric Park is a flexible, multi-function venue and the home of Trowbridge Rugby Football Club. How to Book
All bookings must be made in writing or via email. Provisional bookings are held for a maximum of two weeks. Booking forms and catering menus are available to download, view, and print from their website. Completed forms should be returned to [email protected]. Enquiries for facility hire are not confirmed until discussed and agreed in writing/email by the office and secured by deposit where necessary. Terms and Conditions Apply. Members receive a discount on bookings. For 21st Birthday parties, 2 members of security must be present at an additional cost, payable in advance. External catering guidelines are available for download. Any electrical equipment brought by the hirer must have a valid Portable Appliance Test Certificate. Nothing is to be stuck, nailed, screwed, stapled or fixed in any way to the walls, doors or any other furniture. Use of pitches and training areas requires permission from the Rugby Club's Groundsman. For any outside entertainment, a Temporary Events Licence must be obtained from Wiltshire County Council by the Hirer. Trowbridge RFC accepts no responsibility for the property of persons attending or organising an event. Vehicles and their contents are parked in the Club's car park at owners' risk. General guide hire costs: Half daytime hire from £86 - £172, Full daytime hire from £172 - £500, Evening hire from £130 - £356, Whole day hire from £700.
