How to Book

Provisional bookings can be held for 14 days. Full hire fee required after 14 days to confirm. Full payment of hire fee and deposit due no later than four weeks before the event. A £100 bond is required prior to the event, returned if rooms are left in good order. Cancellation policy: deposit non-returnable if cancelled by hirer and hall not relet; refunded if relet. Payment by bank transfer (preferred), cash, or cheque (by prior agreement). Hirer responsibilities include arranging hall opening (10 days prior), setting up/clearing within hired period, responsibility for hall/fixtures/equipment, making good damage, orderly conduct, and supervising parking. Alcohol consumption requires prior agreement; corkage may apply if hirer supplies own drink. Selling alcohol may require a Premises Licence fee or TENS. Decorations must not be fixed to walls with pins, nails, tape, or Blu-Tac; hooks and screws are available. Bouncy castles are not permitted inside or on the patio; for outdoor use on the grass, contact Upton Parish Council.
