Venue Reading offers a wide range of event services and venues across the University of Reading's Whiteknights and London Road campuses, including traditional heritage buildings and modern meeting rooms. They can host concerts, dinners, functions, product launches, private parties, filming, and more. The in-house Hospitality team provides a wide range of catering and refreshment options (e.g., baguettes, hot fork buffets, BBQs, formal plated meals). A dedicated event coordinator is provided for each event. On-site halls accommodation is available during summer holidays, year-round Cedars Hotel, and discounted accommodation with local hotels. Easily accessible from Reading train station (mainline station), with regular 24-hour bus services from Reading town and station. Other amenities include Wi-Fi, AV capabilities, business center, onsite security, health club, tennis courts, dance floor, piano, exhibition space, historic buildings, sport and team building facilities, bars and leisure outlets.
