Victory Hall is suitable for private parties (milestone birthdays, anniversaries, religious celebrations etc.), kid's parties, baby groups, ceremonies, corporate events, exhibitions, music practice/events, meetings, weddings (though not commonly used for celebrations), sports and fitness, societies and clubs, theatre productions, training and workshops. All rubbish must be taken away on leaving the premises. Guests must be respectful to residents when leaving. All bookings are subject to 'Terms and Conditions of Premises and Land' and local Safety Notices.

How to Book
Available hours: 8 am to 11 pm. Minimum hire duration: 2 hours. Maximum single booking slot: 15 hours. Bookings no more than three months in advance. Block booking maximum: 13 weeks. Booking process: Complete and return the booking form to Chigwell Parish Council. Bookings are not confirmed until a booking reference (V0 Ref) is issued in writing via a Booking Order. Booking fee payable in full within 2 working days of Booking Order issue date. Proof of address ID must be provided in person.
