How to book
Available hours: 8 am to 11 pm. Minimum hire duration: 2 hours. Maximum single booking slot: 15 hours. Bookings no more than three months in advance. Block booking maximum: 13 weeks. Booking process: Complete and return the booking form to Chigwell Parish Council. Bookings are not confirmed until a booking reference (V0 Ref) is issued in writing via a Booking Order. Booking fee payable in full within 2 working days of Booking Order issue date. Proof of address ID must be provided in person.
