How to Book
Contact the Bookings Officer via email or telephone to check availability and for a firm price quote. A Booking Form will be sent for signing and return, along with Guidance Notes. All applications for hire must be in writing on the appropriate printed form. Preference may be given to Burton Bradstock residents and regular users. A deposit may be required for one-off session hire, with the balance due immediately after the event. For Regular Users, payment should be within 14 days of invoicing; late payment may incur a 20% penalty.
