How to book
The hall is currently only accepting regular weekly bookings, but wedding enquiries are accepted via email (admin@shacklefordvillagehall.co.uk). Evening bookings must conclude by 11:00 PM, with an additional 30 minutes allowed for clearing up. Noise levels must be kept reasonable due to the residential location. The hall is not available for teenage or disco parties. While wedding enquiries are accepted, the hall suggests it is suitable for smaller weddings of up to 60 guests. Hirers are responsible for obtaining any necessary licences, such as a Temporary Event Notice (TEN) from Guildford Borough Council, if they plan to sell alcohol.
