All bookings via online form on Halton Parish Council website. Hirer must include time for preparation and clearing up in the total hire period. Village Hall may suspend hire with 2 months' notice for other organizations. Hirer is responsible for supervision of the Village Hall, its contents, and the behavior of all persons using it. Hirer is responsible for making good or paying for all damage. Hirer must adhere to Health and Safety and Emergency Procedures. The hall cannot be used for any unlawful purpose or in any unlawful way.
