How to book
Availability and requests can be seen and made online through the Hallmaster Booking System. Contact the Booking Assistant for booking assistance. A key to the front door can be collected from Kingswood Village Store (KVS), Waterhouse Lane, Kingswood KT20 6EB shortly before booking begins. An additional AV key is required if using the AV system. Each key requires a £20 cash deposit, refunded on key return. Keys should be returned within 24 hours of the booking. Booking times include setting up beforehand and clearing up afterwards. Hall must be left safe, clean, and tidy with all equipment returned to storage. All rubbish must be taken home. Decorations are allowed if they do not damage fittings or paintwork; hooks should be used if possible. Confetti or loose glitter are NOT permitted inside or outside the Hall.
