How to Book
Reasonable rates; specific hourly costs are subject to regular review and available on a separate sheet/booking form. All events are to be paid on invoice, in advance. Contact the Bookings Secretary (Chris Strange) via phone or email to make a provisional booking. Provisional bookings are reserved for a period not exceeding 14 days. Download and complete the hiring rules and booking form. No agreement or contract of hire exists until the application is approved and confirmed by the Committee or Bookings Secretary, and the required deposit and booking fee are received. Applications from persons under 21 years of age are not accepted. At least 4 stewards are required to be on duty throughout the event.
