How to Book
To book, contact the Booking Secretary Chris via phone at 07940 704676 or email at [email protected], or use the contact page on their website. A £100 security deposit is required on booking, with the balance due at least 4 weeks before the event. Cancellation policies apply: after balance paid, £30 retained for admin between payment and 31 days before; 50% of hire charge retained between 31 and 14 days before; 100% retained less than 14 days before. Regular bookings require 14 days' notice for a refund. All hirers must be over 21. Events with young people require adequate supervision by the hirer and at least six other responsible adults over 25. Hirers must obtain a Temporary Events Licence from Winchester City Council to sell alcohol. Functions must cease by 11:30 PM, and the hall and car park vacated by midnight. Keys are collected from a key-safe at the main entrance. Hirers are responsible for setting out and putting away equipment, ensuring electrical equipment has a PAT sticker, and leaving the hall clean and tidy. Hirers should read the Hall Risk Assessment.
