How to Book
To book, complete a booking form and email it to [email protected]. A team member will contact you to confirm or discuss alternatives. Booking forms available: General Booking Form (from 1st April 2026), Party Hire Package Booking Form (2026). A non-refundable deposit of £50.00 is required to confirm a booking. Full payment is required before the event if booking within 4 weeks. Payments can be made by BACS, cash, cheque, or card during office hours (Monday-Friday, 09:00-16:30). Cancellation Policy: 42+ days notice: Full refund if full payment made. 22-41 days notice: 50% refund if full payment made, or 50% payment required if no payment made. 0-21 days notice: No refund issued, or full payment required. Hirers must read and agree to the Terms & Conditions, including those relating to cancellation, first aid, waste management, alcohol licensing, and security. Smoking and vaping are banned inside all Council-owned premises. Animals are not admitted except for specified, approved events and assistance dogs.
