How to Book
Requests for information on prices or availability for hire can be made personally weekdays only, between 9:00 am and 12:00 noon, by post, email, or phone. Hirers must be 18 years or over. Advance Booking Form preferably two weeks in advance. No smoking on premises. No sub-letting. Gambling not allowed unless special permission and licenses obtained (costs charged to hirer). Consumption of intoxicating liquor not allowed unless special permission and licenses obtained (costs charged to hirer). Hirers must be present during the booking and responsible for good order and security. Compliance with Health and Safety regulations. Awareness of fire detection, alarm system, and evacuation procedures. Appointment of a steward for safe evacuation. Ensure exits are not blocked. Sound levels must comply with Health Authority Requirements and not cause nuisance to residents.
