How to Book
A deposit is required to secure the venue. 50% of the hire fee is due one month before the event, with the remaining 50% due two weeks before the event. All payments must be completed by the day of the event. Bookers can arrive a few hours before the booking starts for setup. An hour either side of the booking can be included for setup and tidy-up for the Great Hall. Wasps FC has several catering partners for bespoke requirements. External caterers for hot food incur a £100 charge, but cold snacks are permitted without charge. No facilities for heating food on-site. No external alcohol is permitted on-site due to licensing. A fully stocked and staffed cash/card bar is available. Alcohol sales are until 11 pm (10 pm on Sundays), unless a Temporary Event Notice (TEN) has been issued.
