How to Book

Hourly rates include cleaning before and after your activity. Reduced rates may be offered for all-day hire; please enquire at the church office. Bookings must include setting up, setting down, and closure time. No 'night before' setting up can be assumed or guaranteed without prior discussion with the Church Administrator. No alcohol, smoking, or gambling is permitted on the premises. Bouncy castles are not permitted in the halls. The church lawn is not available for hire. The church does not hire to any individual political groups, but may consider bookings on a cross-party basis where the aim is to mutually benefit the community. The church does not hire to any religious groups except of a Christian trinitarian basis, and only then by permission of the church Pastor/Leadership Team. The signatory takes full responsibility for agreeing to the terms and conditions. Cancellation due to bad weather requires 24 hours' notice to avoid the booking charge. A deposit of £20.00 is required with the agreed fee, paid in advance.
