How to Book

Bookings are made through the Hallmaster System. The system generates an invoice for new bookings, and payment should be made on receipt of the invoice. The booking is confirmed only when the invoice has been paid. Payment methods include Bank Transfer (with invoice number as reference); contact the booking secretary directly by email if unable to pay by bank transfer. Refunds are issued as specified in the Terms and Conditions. Full conditions of hire and fire safety instructions are available on the notice board in the foyer and on the website; accepting keys implies acceptance of these conditions. Premises and surroundings must be left in a clean and tidy state, and all rubbish must be taken away. Keys must be returned promptly to the Bookings Officer.
