How to book
Booking requests can be made through an online scheduler. Bookings are not accepted from persons under 18, or under 21 for alcohol or film showings. The hall is not available for public discos. Single bookings require a non-refundable deposit (£10 or 1/4 fee, whichever greater) and balance payment one month prior. A returnable damage deposit (£50-£150) is also required. Regular bookings are for a twelve-month period, renewable annually, and require written confirmation and 7 days' notice for cancellation. Hirers are responsible for leaving premises clean, tidy, and secure, and removing all refuse.
