How to Book
All enquiries for bookings should be sent via email to [email protected]. Please include the space of interest, date and timings, purpose of hire, and number of attendees. Bookings are secured by a £150 damage deposit, refunded after the hire if terms and conditions are met. Payment for the hire is required 2 weeks before the hire date. 10% discount for Britannia Village Service Charge payers at BV Hall (with proof of address). Discounts available for regular bookings.
