How to Book
To book, check availability by emailing [email protected] or calling 020 8379 5598. If available, the hall will be provisionally booked, and paperwork will be emailed. Return the completed booking form with full details and a handwritten signature within 5 working days, along with proof of identity (photo ID and proof of address within the last 3 months). An invoice for immediate full payment will be raised upon receipt of paperwork. A refundable deposit is also required. Set up and cleaning times must be included within your booking hours. If using a third-party provider (e.g., bouncy castle, soft play, DJ), a copy of their public liability insurance is required. Viewings are by appointment only; email to arrange, and the relevant hall manager will contact you.
